  • Technical Support: As part of the Somega Licensed Support & Maintenance Agreement, every client receives access to 24x365 support via the Somega support hotline or online where associates are available to answer questions and resolve service requests promptly. Additionally, clients may access the Self-Service Portal to log and manage service requests, search the knowledge base, and connect with other clients. The Somega Customer Support team is comprised of systems-trained support analysts, technical team leaders, and operations leaders who provide fast solutions to all client requests.

Easy Payment Plan:

  • The initial setup cost is collected in three annual instalments. We also provide full assistance for claiming federal incentive.
  • For continuous connectivity, service and support you pay a fixed monthly subscription fee of $ 99/- (for a typical set up comprising of 5 PCs)
